Eileen Duignan-Woods, PE, and Lee D. Woods,
have each had long and distinguished careers in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Each is an active member of ASHRAE, and has held a variety of Chapter, Regional and Society Offices.

Lee Woods
studied industrial design at Pratt Institute and marketing/advertising at the University of Arizona. He began his career with
Kruegar Manufacturing Company
and was Regional Manager with Rheem Manufacturing before joining E.D.W. Associates, Inc.
His professional background includes design, marketing of environmentally relevant equipment, and Construction Administration on multimillion dollar projects. An expert in air distribution in large and
small systems and small spaces, he has a unique background
in residential systems, compressor bearing HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
He has authored several energy conservation/sustainability
programs for private industry as well as government (e.g.
Job Corps Centers, nationwide, US Dept. of Labor). |

Eileen Duignan-Woods, PE
graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BS Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
She is registered in seven states and has a solid background in design and construction of building systems, specializing in HVAC,
high rise buildings, plumbing and fire protection. Her specialty is sustainability issues, IAQ,
and construction contracts. She has done Expert
Witness testimony in several IAQ and HVAC construction cases.
A
Former Chief Mechanical Engineer for GSA and nationally known A/E firms, she headed her own design engineering firm, Duignan-Woods, Chartered for many years in Chicago. She started E.D.W. Associates, Inc. in 1986 to solve complex HVAC design and construction problems.
She's a registered Professional Engineer. in Illinois,
Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, North Carolina, Maryland, and
Virginia. |
